Sits up there well with Witherfall as a suitable successor to Nevermore. if you haven't checked out Witherfall their lead singer has replaced Warrel Dane in Sanctuary. Amazing vocalist in Joseph Michael. burntofferingsx666x

Anotioch as a whole simply helps to revive the NWOBHM sound. At times i get vibes of old Judas Priest, Mercyful Fate, and even at some points Satan on this record. Choosing a favourite for this record was a hard thing to do it was a toss up between the first track:Screams in the North or Thunder in Hell. I ended up going with Thunder in Hell because of that sick drum fill at the start of the song. \m/ \m/ deletedviper

As good as the following album "The Poisoner" (maybe better...!?). Memorable, grooving riffs, great voice. Very recommendable NWOTHM album. Sanhedrin rules! Stephan
